A lot of YT reviewers complain about the slow electric charging flap. They never mention that you can open the flap from the MMI when you park at the charger. Also, when your charging ends and you remove the cable, the charging flap closes itself.

Also, some complain about that you not manually can preheat the battery, but have to navigate to a charger to preheat. According to Audi the ideal temperature to start charge is about 24 degrees centigrade, and you can see the battery temp when you put the car into dynamic mode.

I think both issues are non issues. The charging flap is open before you get out of the car, and closes without the need to do something to it, and you can easily watch if the battery temperature is ok for charging or not.

Im getting my new Q6 tech pro here in norway tommorow. Went for 19" (longest range possible, and even quiter), no sunroof and no massage seats, but "everything" else.

Thanks for the great review of the Audi Q6 e-tron! I wanted to add a few details:

- Ventilated seats are indeed available, but you’ll need to choose the Sport Seats package; however, these don’t come with massage functionality.
- Both the Audi e-tron GT and Audi Q4 (as well as other MEB-platform vehicles) use staggered wheels.
- The trailer towing capacity is 2, 400 kg, not 2, 600 kg.
- The Q6L Quattro, which offers additional rear legroom, is currently only available in China.

Here are a few reasons why someone might prefer the Audi Q8 e-tron:

- Superior sound insulation
- More seating options, including both massage and ventilation features
- Enhanced rear legroom
- Larger trunk space
- Higher overall interior quality

Hi, all videos from Q6 are with air suspension. Please tell me if you try with one motor and regular spring suspension. Thanks

I suspect the blank panel is where the trim is recycled across models and normally has the lock/unlock button on it but is blanked out as its on the other panel below.

I don't fully catch the Air Suspension part, seems that the non S models have a non-optional Air suspension, but on the S model, you can optionally get a dynamic air suspension ?

Great review. Appreciate the details regarding regenerative breaking. Did you establish if B mode is full one-pedal? Also, do you personally use regen paddles?

Great review. Good to see that there is a 12-volt outlet in the boot. I went to the launch event and I'm quite certain that it wasn't in the 2 models on display. I hope it's not an option as I didn't tick that box when I was configuring my Q6 Quattro which will arrive on 21 August.

When mentioning range I’d like to know what is the worst I can expect, not the best. For instance range is particularly relevant at motorway speeds. I’d like to know what could I fairly expect when driving exclusively on motorway journeys in the middle of winter. Also on a SUV, I drive off road, so I’d like to know what it can do in these environments. Could it replace a Range Rover?

Picked you up on something...you said the aircon is dual zone, but it's triple zone! Incidentally, if you go for the SQ6 there's also a red leather option for the seats. And here's another one...the USB ports by default charge at 15W but there's an option to upgrade them to 100W.

You mention the “vertical load on the rear” as maximum 100kg. Is that the “nose weight” on the tow bar? I have struggled to find that information from Audi.

Just got Q6...had a tesla with regenerative braking...just wondering how do you use regenerative braking in Q6 ??

Are heated steering wheel now standard in evs.
The ev9 is a bigger vehicle, if size is not an issue which would you go for?

The blank is for a physical lock/unlock switch in other markets.
One more thing to add, not directly about the Q6 - Audi is considering an early end of production of the Audi Q8 e-tron.

Those looked like USB Type-C not USB Type-A in the front as mentioned in the review. Sorry to pick up on a correction. You did mention Type-C for the rear.

Sure the changing of the dash being easier was new, but what about any chat about what its up against? I think this is the sister to the maccan which is just nicer and will keep its value better?

“I’m 6 foot 2” - yes, the height comment is back! 😉. On a serious note, now I believe it gives the % battery remaining in the driver display not just the range remaining?
