I have a very old version of Parallels on my Mac so I can run Quicken software. It uses Windows 7. Do I need to delete the current version of Parallels before installing the upgrade? Do I need to install/pay for Windows 11 with Parallels 18 or will it work with Windows 7?

When in Parallel 18, with windows 11 up and running, on my M1, can I drag and drop to my Multiple Displays. I have a Sonntech Displaylink for multiple monitors, it works great, I want to move charts around within my displays. THANKS
