I think that WTF - Welcome to Finland is a *great* marketing term - it's like "Finntastic", using familiarity (an already-existing word) but combined with something that's kind of "in your face", unexpected and is contrast to the the "welcome" part, so it creates additional attention, and using that and not bland marketing is playful - more attention from there, too.

I'm so happy for you. When I tried to move to Finland I needed something like this. I ended up having to leave. I'm a citizen through heritage but I couldn't find anywhere to live.
