Why do we need a sangha or spiritual community and why does it feel SO good to be in one? Normally, we are receiving so many projections from people all over the world, people’s own thoughts, ideas, and agendas about who we are and how we should be. In a spiritual community, we hold onto the highest possibility for each person.

It feels so much better to not be projected upon and to be with people who hold the space for you to blossom and break free. If you don’t live in an ashram, don’t worry. Find a community wherever you are, or even online!
