True. I was working for Amazon india. The shift was a night shift.
We used to get 150 rupees per night extra for the night shift on the salary. Later I came to know they were paying 75 $ for Americans to do the same job.
I left cause the work load was too much. Resigned and stated my own brand.

This is common in Dubai. I was in the UK for almost 3 years and I have seen that the Britishers were offered a much higher salary compared to an Indian for the same profile. So if you are a U.S or British or other passport holder you hold more value than ours.

The worst part is ....even if you work in corporate in India, your salary is still gonna be less compared to other countries and not to mention the heavy taxes for a middle class person! So ig most people think "atleast we are getting better lifestyle" and settling in foreign countries
