In this video, Did You Know Gaming takes a look at some facts, secrets and Easter eggs surrounding the Langrisser series. The first Langrisser game came to the west as Warsong, but the other main series titles stayed in Japan. That's about to change with the release of Langrisser Mobile and the Langrisser Switch remakes. The series is considered a rival of sorts to Fire Emblem, as the two titles are strategy RPG games (srpg) which are sometimes called tactics rpg games (tcrpg) or classic rpg games (crpg). This rivalry extends to the mobile releases of both series', Langrisser Mobile and Fire Emblem Heroes.

While I appreciate that you wanted this to sound more informative than advertisement, this video is really just an ad for the game. I loved the history bits but I'd much prefer to hear more about the history of Langrisser and other trpgs than an instruction manual for the current game

Guys, you could've been more informative with the history and interesting bits in the Langrisser series, but most of the video only covered the mobile game, and barely any of the other installments in the series. I don't mind you using sponsorships to support the channel, but when you make a video talking about a single game or franchise solely because it's backed by a game developer or publisher, it genuinely feels forced and superfluous.

I know ya'll got sponsored to cover the mobile game and stuff but honestly, considering literally no one knows anything about this series in the west it'd have been way more interesting to see the series covered more a as a whole rather than have ad copy about the new game's mechanics treated as interesting trivia.

Also, y'all have covered Langrisser before you covered Tales of or Xeno. What's up with that? (I know, it's sponsorship money, but still...)

I legitimately think I would play this game if it weren't for the aggressive advertising campaign. It's just so insulting when all they do is compare themselves to the more popular game, it's nonstop and I see ads in literally every ad-supported app I use. Awful promotion strategy.
