I cut the cape off a d put on a pleather one. It also allows for a bit more articulation.

I am beginning to like the design but i do not know if i want the figure.

With this batmans ears (the paint coming) my Greg capullo batman did the same thing but on his cape and neck

The review itself is great as always Spot. However, I'm not a fan of Batman's design one bit. As you stated, Lee Bermejo's interpretation of Batman isn't everyone's cup of tea. Its definitely not my cup of tea that's for sure. For one thing, I don't like the cape at all. The wrinkles are overly exaggerated, much like the Superman figure. Second of all, I don't like the fact that the Bat symbol was removed from the front of his outfit and instead, it got placed onto the front of the cape itself. Also, the gauntlets at the wrists aren't as obvious as they would normally be on a Batman figure. Finally, you have the paint issues at the ears which may or may not necessarily be a QC issue with figure in general, but rather with this figure only. The face sculpt looks decent enough. Honestly, the entire figure itself isn't something that I care for. On the other hand, I'm sure that there are some people who won't mind the unique design of the caped crusader. With that aside, thanks Spot!

I like the design itself but I don't think it translated well in figure form.
The figure looks and feels awkward and the articulation restrictions don't help one bit in that sense.
While Superman ended up becoming my favorite Superman figure to date, this Batman is the one I ended up passing on.

He's an easy pass for me. Just too much going on, particularly in the cape.
