actually the cheat setup is 360, then you spin 360 in the air, and the kick adds 180. so 360+360+180=900. that’s how the ideology is used in tricking and other kicks such as cheat 10, cheat 12, and higher

could you explain how ingun's legs move for multiple twists? it looks like his legs overlap each other. I see alot of other korean TKD practitioners kick like that for cheat kicks and they pull off crazy speed with it.

I have already used the 720 in a taekwondo fight because I train for the Olympic Games and I can assure you that even with a perfect defense the blow is difficult to block because of the power.

What about tornado wrap nine, that drill was very useful to me. I think lots of people should use wrap 9 to learn cheat 9

Always had the problem with the spotting. Even when i did tornado kick i would look at the ground and just trip fall like i couldn't keep my balance.

It’s pivot 180 + 540 air + 180 landing but you are not even spinning all the way thats why you only spin 360 air and ends up with bad kick at the end
