I don't play competitive much but I love the hobby. The omnia is a good blaster for me and my play style. I do like the full auto wow factor when showing it off to kids 😄

That’s right James! Love the content and agree with you on the Omnia. Mine didn’t have the issues that some had but I was a bit disappointed with speaker wire and 5 amp switches. They said they were going to use 10amp switches on the gen 2 but mine was 5amp on the inside. Still with 2s battery 5amp should be ok for casual play or intro to the hobby. Great video!

In australia they slap the tax and what not onto it and this blaster is currently running at about $220, same price for the phoenix 2.0 and the maxim pro is sitting at $160. I meant i jump in a group and everybody say oh get the springer, get the seagul, the harriet etc etc and I was like no man I'm not going out onto the field, im just shooting inside the house with my son at targets and even if im going into a game this thing works just fine for indoor play.

It's good that the nerf scene evolve so much compared to 15 years ago but like man I think people sometimes forget that we just want something fun right out the box and right out the box this thing is a beast. Slap a 11.1v stick on it and stay blasting!

Exactly. I think sometimes we forget that the “pro” level blasters on store shelves are meant to be entry level. I have a Gen 2 Omnia, and while the lag is noticeable in single fire and burst, I only use it in full auto!

I mean, I built a Regulator I got from a thrift store for $5 into a beast HvZ primary for about $70 in parts.
