Here’s the recipe -
- in a bowl, take a raw mango and shred it or cut it into fine julienne
- add julienne shaped cucumber, onion, cherry tomatoes, coriander leaves, colourful bell peppers
- now make dressing - 2 tbs light soy sauce, 1 tbs sugar (brown sugar ), 1/2 lime juice, green chillies finely chopped, finely chopped garlic(optional), couple of drops sesame oil.
- salt is optional as such soy sauce is salty only
- mix everything and drizzle it over salad before the serving
- top it up with roasted peanuts.
