If there's no "air, " in space what is the flame from the jet pushing against? On earth jets fly from the blast of their jets pushing against the air causing it to move the opposite way that its pushing.. then with a bit of speed the wings start to lift.. how does it work in space?

I assume he did some flights while still tethered first as he is travelling at the same speed as the spacecraft and as there is no wind he really shouldn't have a problem unless his jets malfunction and shoot him off to Mars or something,

If that footage is genuine, with a space station or craft going 17, 500 mph around earth, if he wasn't connected or disconnected himself wouldn't he quickly float away from the station or craft which is moving at such a high speed? 🎭
