We have nice talk with Andrew Jones about the new MoFi loudspeakers. Of course we are talking about concentric drivers. But what models can we choose from at MoFi?
I live in SoCal and have been fortunate enough to see Andrew a couple of times in real life in a relaxed setting. He is a savant and such a positive guy.

.... listened to the 888s for about half an hour at least at the Munich show. Amazing speakers for normal mortals!! Absolutely killer.
Can't wait to listen to them again at a local dealer's.

hmmm good cheap speakers.... are harder. come on. its easier to trow money at a problem. instead of fixing it. take dsp as an example to correct problems in a driver... creating the driver correctly might be more work, but in the end cheaper. it depends on how many you sell... the money trow game is... not selling many but trow money at it, you can cut corners in the design and fix it with money... active DSP etc for instance. and the consumer pays for the shortcut (dont dislike DSP at all depends on how its used) with the cheap ones you might have to think harder to make it work . i think thats a challenge.
