Thanks for adding this video to YouTube as it helps me visualise the installation. However, I think that the design team have missed a trick as the new holes for the fixing screws don’t align with those of the old models. So your claim that it has been designed to replace the older models isn’t accurate in a practical sense. That said, I do like your power showers, so wish me luck attempting to drill new holes in the tiles!

Just purchase one, Question? My gravity feed hot water has a small inline pressure low bar operated pump after the hot water cylinder for the main bathroom shower can this be left operational? As the piping for this Triton is after the pump as it's being fitted to an ensuite shower which the unit will be level with the top of the hot water cylinder

If pipe entry is from rear as in video it says in instructions to seal around with mastic. But does not show this on video.

The plumber fitted the silent shower 2000 and left me wondering whether I press in the grey button on the top on the hot and cold dial when I turn it. What is it for? I can't find anything in the manual.Many thanks to the person who can help me.

I find that the mixing dial is very stiff and is difficult to turn especially when wet as there is no grip on dial itself. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks.

My AS2000SR doesn't seem to have a cool setting, it goes from hot to scalding hot even on the lowest settings. It is constantly set to the lowest temperature and I have to make sure the water tank isn't really hot before I shower to have a more comfortable shower, is this a solveable problem? I'm the only one in the family brave enough to use it!

I have a problem with my Triton Shower, when turned off on the unit and at the wall, I'm still getting water flow from the shower head, like a valve is not shutting off. Is this something that can be fixed?

Had a plumber install this in my bathroom after our old triton model died. He says he has plumbed it in perfectly as per the instructions, but the pressure dial does absolutely nothing. It is weak regardless of how high your turn the pressure. It doesn't change between the lowest and highest setting. Am I to assume the idiot hasn't reopened the front and clicked that commission swith to off??
