How to Make Puppy Chow in the Slow Cooker

Slow Cooker Puppy Chow..Cookies and Cream style! Regular puppy chow isn’t difficult to make but making it in the slow cooker is even better! We made this recipe nut free too! #FoodDolls #puppychow #muddybuddies

Recipe:
16 oz Chocolate bark
16 oz White chocolate bark
10 oz 70% dark chocolate chunks or chips
18 oz family size Rice Cereal
6 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, optional
pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for dusting

Place the chocolate bark, white chocolate bark, and dark chocolate chunks in the slow cooker.
Slow cook on low for one hour, then stir together. (Feel free to use a slow cooker liner for easy clean up!)
Add rice cereal, crushed sandwich cookies and stir very gently to combine, you want to be careful not to break up the cereal as much as possible!
Scoop small clusters of puppy chow and place them on a wax-paper lined baking sheet.
Coat clusters with powdered sugar.
Let sit in fridge or freezer for 1 hour or just until firm.
