I’m not with my ex husband and we don’t get along, but whenever it comes to our kid we both have her best interest at heart. No background checks? It was required at my kid's schools from preschool thru high school... a background check every year for a parent in order to chaperone a class trip! Even for dad and grandparents! It made me feel safer!
