It's now time for a battle report as we see our two generals, Justin and Rich from Mantic Games, battling it out on the tabletop with Kings of War.

They'll be showing off some tactics and tricks as Justin helms the Dwarf forces who have allied with Basilean troops whilst Rich controls the vile Undead who have tricked a band of Orcs into doing battle.

I don't play any regimented fantasy games but I wanted to chime in that the table is lovely (4Ground is always a treat here).

Elohi had 6 wounds, he rolls a 9 on nerve...they are 14 flat and nothing? Also, no life leech the entire game?

Moving and shooting gives a -1 penalty right? Dwarf Rangers should have hit on 5+ on the first turn against the revenant cavalry instead of 4+

A batrep from beasts of war are few and far between. A nice treat but so few views

Are the Cav not disordered from taking a wound? If so, no thunderous charge bonus

Unit's arn't disordered from taking casualties from shooting, the organ gun could have shot. Just a FYI.

hey guys. I am wanting to get into Kings of War and was wandering whether or not i had to get the rule book in order to get the stats for say the OGRES army?

Very recently found KoW and absolutely love watching battle reports for it. Sadly, the guy in the blue on this video cheat with dice a few times (probably bc he was tired). Also, I thought you could move through friendly units?

Hey guys, I wanted to pick youre brains about something.
I'm relative new to the game and I picked dwarf. To, my ultimate frustration
my friend that I play against picked human and monters 20 sp and ranged
attack. We play with 1000p for now. Anyway the problem I got is that nomatter how I try to "move out" I will get charged by his monsters. If I dont move my ranged units dosnt pack enough punch to kill his monsters. I cant seem to be able to beat this, best result so far has been a draw. Beacuse even though dwarfs have good nerve they still die unless I get lucky with dice rolls and with objectives I Cant really sit on my ass anyway.
Any thoughts ?

I love Kings of War, but come on guys! Shouldn't a Mantic rep remember the most distinguishable abilities of the games oldest factions???
