Cool, I'll start taking a knee in the middle of the hallway at work to express my religious freedom...maybe I'll just 'ask' if my direct reports would like to join me voluntarily...I'm sure no one will feel pressured, even if I'm putting together my yearly evaluations which determine whether someone gets a raise.

Since this football coach is coaching a TEAM, I am sure there is a complete lack of external pressure on each of the players and subordinate support staff to join the coach during this prayer.
