This helps manage pain, doesn’t do away with root cause. Root cause is usually your body protecting its spine from further damage of a certain area by limiting your movement. Pain = stop doing what is causing it and seek treatment. PT has a similar effect. It can help you recover from the bodies air bag deployment system around your back, but it won’t eliminate the cause. If it keeps coming back, you need further testing and possibly a strong change of life style, possibly career.

I have a tens unit I got from my chiropractor. Back in time when my husband was alive I'd have him place the pads on my back, up near my spine between my shoulder blades is what worked best for me. (Scoliosis of upper spine). Unfortunately, my husband passed away. Is there something I can use to put the pads where I need them, and eventually, to take them off? I can't reach my arms up high enough behind me to do this.

Thanks for the Tens endorsement. So many on the market, it’s hard to know which one to buy. I’m going to place an order!

I was told I should have one pad on each side of my spine. 🤔 So that is not necessary?

I'm still trying to find the right place. Severe pain between the left scapula and spine. Rhomboid knots are bad on the left side.
