Web Scraping Amazon With Python and Selenium

In this tutorial we will build an Amazon Web Scraper using Python and Selenium. The aim of this project is to build a bot that is able to go through amazon, search for products and get the product name and price. For the app we will use Python and Selenium to do the scraping.

This tutorial consists of multiple phases. First we will start by explaining what we are going to build. Then we will see how we can automate the process and get the data from Amazon. As a next step we will implement the functionality and test it, we will also discuss how the project can be improved for things like sending out notifications if a product price drops.

Hi! Is it the same as checking for an item that is loaded on the backend? Like an item that is out of stock but is loaded to be restocked but still but stock is still not showing on the website?

When I run the web scraper, it initially goes to the iphone 11 search page, but then keeps searching every possible number? It's like it's putting the count variable in the search bar for some reason.

I have troubles with the try part. I was checking for problems because when the amazon page load, the next page is the same page, so it's not clicking to the title of the product. How can i fix it?

Code is obsolete, many webdriver funcs doesn't work anymore and/or are deprecated. Link to github repository is wrong and the right repository with tutorial's code doesn't has requirements file so can't use this bot.
Very nice tutorial tho, gives good understanding about selenium logic :D
