I'm stuck with 2 negative beliefs:
1. I'm not loved
2. I'm not supported

Somehow people abandon me (mother, husband, friends) when I need them the most in a very cold and distant way.
I can repeat positive affirmations but it's difficult to believe when my experience says the opposite.
A stranger will help me sooner than those close to me.
How to deal this?
Should I give myself what I'm needing from them? Its sad.
