My son is very gifted in math but has serious adhd. He couldnt get through the Shormann samples even though I know he would have been fine on the coursework. We are doing Dennsion Algebra 2 for his 10th grade year. The no fuss curriculum is great for adhd kids.

My daughter has ADHD. When I say math made us both cry for 8 years! Ugh. He’s amazing, if I ever meet him there would be tears.

Yes! When I stumbled across this a few months ago I knew it was right for my child. The peace you talked about was exactly the same for us. Even my child said a firm "yes!!" instead of the usual "eeeh I don't know" response.

That's what we are using for my 7th grader and 11th grader as well! I wish I could use it for my 4th grader and am still unsure what I'm going to go with for him.

We also use Denison Math and it is awesome she would rather do math than any other class and she hated algebra with a passion!! He is just so in depth and builds slowly which is awesome with a struggling math teen!! 🙌🙌😂

Oh my gosh!! I’m so glad you shared this. Long story long…. I ordered Jacobs Geometry through MasterBooks and even bought the corresponding academy videos to go with it. I have been poring over it trying to equip myself for the next school year. It’s a tough course. My son HATES math. I don’t want to feel like I’m im trudging through it the whole year. Shortly after the MB curriculum arrived I found Denison geometry online and have been about to order it then I stop myself. I needed to see this. Thank you.

We are using Denison Algebra 1 this year! It came highly recommended by a friend. My daughter and I watched the sample lessons and we decided that this would be the right fit for her!

Look into Math Mammoth for your fifth grader. A lot of users of MM move to Denison for middle and high school.
