Deploying (Hosting) MERN Stack Project | Hospital management System WebApp | Render and Netlify

Hello Guys! In this tutorial we are going to see that how we can deploy a full stack application or you can say a MERN stack application for free. For this we are going to use render for backend deployment and netlify for frontend deployment. Sir but by this we didint post our frontend on hithub repo wr just hosted what if we want to upload frontend and dashboard folder also on git hub and all the three folders must be in same repository how to do that

when i tried to do that in render, it is saying my package.json is not found in the path, obviously it is in the respective folders like backend, frontend, dashboard. How to fix this, please reply

Mene apka Mongo_URI hatake apne compass ka diya hy or project name same hy aur bqi config.env sara copy paste kiya hy.

Why deployment process is so lengthy? Why we need to deploy frontend and backend on two different platform?

bhai deploy ho gaya, everything works fine but whenever on login page or about page or appointment page if I refresh the page then it shows
