This is my playthrough of the second mission from the Sundjata campaign in Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition. I'll be placing time stamps for each part of the scenario in the comments section for those looking for a specific part. Enjoy!

Sundjata mission 2 was intriguing. Trying to defend the allies initially was quite difficult, as they have a very small economy and only train a token force of units. Keeping them alive as meatshields, however, worked well so that my own base was safe. I think the key to succeeding in this mission, if not keeping the allies' bases alive, is to get a decent army going as quickly as possible, starting with taking out Niger's base. Stay tuned for the rest of my Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition Hard Playthrough!

The Sundjata campaign overall was somewhat enjoyable. The missions weren't overly difficult, but they weren't particularly exciting either. The story told of Sundjata however is pretty awesome, even if it does seems rather far-fetched at points.

If you're up to play some AoE2 or AoE2: DE Multiplayer my Steam friend code is 96935151.

I think if you give Tabon enough wood they might rebuild their town center? Hehehe

haha Shadow Crystallux!
I never knew we had allies Blue and Yellow. I just walled myself and was happy.

The trouble was the 3 enemy AI never touched our allies and all ganged up against my walls.
But there is some AI issue - when they see palisade walls. Something happens and they just run out of ideas and just stand. Have u observed that?
Then i boomed peacefully and took them out one by one.

Sundjata campaign is very disappointing so far :-\
