Check out the link below for a free trial to Team EP (our strength and conditioning service) which now has a third minimalist month. This 3rd month lets you hit the low-hanging fruit and cover injury prevention, while only spending ~90 minutes/week strength training.

It's kinda wild how clearly strength training reduces the rate of injury in sport (PMID 24100287). Would you take a pill that reduced your rate of injury in jiu-jitsu by 69%? (Nice)

What would you realistically pay for that pill?

It exists, and while it takes more time than swallowing a pill, it really doesn't take as much time as many people think. A well-rounded selection of compound movements can have you in and out of the gym in 45 minutes with an effective stimulus for the majority of the body.

Less injuries means MORE time training jiu-jitsu, and a longer career.

You may not think of this often, but one day you'll hang up the gi for good.

What if I told you that you could push that day back 5 years?

What about 10 years?

Let's work together to make that a reality 👍
