Ha! Just tried to pump for 15 minutes with the single pump, and was very confused. And then realized that I didn't cover the other hole. Now we're making progress!!! Thank you!

Thank you so much for the video! 😃 Just received my pump today... I was so exhausted and drain today for some reason so I really didn’t feel like reading the instruction manual. But you did a great job explaining everything and giving extra tips for use! Kudos to you girl! ❤️👍🏾 😁 ... By the way, my first try I put it on let down/stimulation mode but kept it on L01 suction because I had been using a manual pump so my nipples were a little more sensitive.

I got this pump as a gift and hated it because it was on high all the time! Ripped my nips! Spectra is a well loved pump brand so I want to learn how to use it. Im also working on re lactating so I hope that this pump can help
