I’m getting the 16E for the look. I’m tired of the 3 lens mess. As for missing features, I really don’t care. I’m into using the phone for calls, texts, Amazon and eBay. I don’t care about the camera as long as it’s decent. It’s a minimalist iPhone.

I fully agree, 16e really focuses on the essentials. That finally counts, many features and gimmicks of the non pro and pro models don‘t really matter in daily life. Many thanks for the nice impressions from Singapore. Nice memories of my time in Sgp in 2007 to 2009. Great video

Thank you for your honest review unlike other channels that are biased from the start. I’m still using a XR with 64 gb and I have been eyeing on the 16e. It’s affordable, practical and does pretty much everything with longer battery which is always a plus.

Many YouTubers seem to have somehow lost touch with the "normal user". Many owners of older iPhones (mine is an iPhone 11) don't care about the so-called "missing features". If you take inflation into account, the 16e is actually cheaper than the SE 3. I also suspect that most users of older iPhones aren't interested in an Android device.

The iPhone 15 is the sweet spot. It's $100 less than the iPhone 16, and it delivers all the missing features in the 16e.
