Man in critical condition following attack in north Manchester

A man has suffered life-threatening injuries in a stabbing in north Manchester.
Emergency crews raced to the scene of the incident on Ainsbrook Avenue at around 4.50am this morning (July 2).
Police said officers responded to reports of a stabbing.
The victim - a man aged in his 20s - was rushed to hospital from the scene.
He remains there in a life-threatening condition, a Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said.
