Start with the bar 1st then add 5 pounds on each side then only add weight only when you can do 10 to 12 reps eazy never jump up with heavy weight you could get hurt 1 love brother 🙏🏼💪

look if you’re gonna commit to running 7 miles every day and do it fast you gotta be willing to give up some upper body strength

I'm 5'10 and 130lb I do high jump, upper body isn't my specialty but I still try to keep a balanced body, I bench 125lb, also note I'm 15

Weights wasn’t the problem the interference of the spotter and concentration of the weight lifter was👍👌🏿

I'm an xc runner and bench my own bodyweight. I'm not the most built but you can tell I at least lift somewhat (even though I'm very consistent on lifting). I'm def a lot stronger than I look. I hate this weak xc runner stereotype when strength training is one of the key components to being s successful xc runner.

That’s me I run cross country and I made it to state in Memphis Tennessee 🎉🎉🎉 it was fun so in the beginning there was 300 kids and it was flat but here in East Tennessee it’s hilly and my pace was messed up so it was kinda hard😅😅😅 my but I got top 3rd

Ok, I run cross country. This is not true. I'm 5 foot 11 and 138lbs. My 1 mile time is a 5 minute, 20 seconds. My 3-mile race time is 17 minutes at the same time I bench 160 dead lift 235 and squat 245 and on top of all that I'm a sophomore
