Conversation view VS email string in Google Mail

This is not a common use case in business, it is "single dimensional". Most emails are multi-dimensional eg customer A send s email requesting something, I then email some internal groups to get info, then I get back to Customer A, then some more emails to internal groups. The view is unusable for business
