I have experience working in pizzerias, and now I have the opportunity to work in a pizza catering for 50-60 people, but outdoors. In the pizzeria, I worked with gas pizza ovens, but now I need to buy a small oven. Would your suggestion be the Pizza Party Emozione, Gozney Arc (Small), or Gozney Roccbox (maybe two pieces)? How do you think for a slightly longer bake than a Neapolitan style? Like a 3 minute bake. Can the heat stay a little lower?

Do you think the Gozney Arc XL could be suitable for a small pizza business, or is the Gozney Dome a better choice due to its temperature retention after baking 15-20 pizzas?
Or are two Gozney Roccoboxes better for a small business than the Gozney Arc XL? Please give an honest answer.

For a small pizza business with 40-50 pizzas maximum, do you recommend two Gozney Roccoboxes or two Gozney Arc 14-inch ovens? Please help and give your opinion. Thank you very much!!!

I seen people complaining about the price of these units, but £600 and £700 seems reasonable to me.
