If you have the Battery preconditioning software update installed you have to navigate to a fast charger ( >= 50 kW), have an SoC > 20%, have a battery temperature < 20 °C and about ½ hour driving distance (the latter to give it time to warm up the battery). When it kicks in it will give a message in the cluster and on the energy consumption screen you should see about 4 kW used for BM. (models before June 22 will show a snowflake and later a red coil on the battery status in the lower left corner.

Didn’t you get the Charge My Hyundai RFID card Matt? I find it much quicker to start the charge than with the App.

Just got iq5 for 2 weeks, I found the a/c seems not work, turn it on for 10 minutes still no hot air. Does your car have this problem?
