At 3:30, the third equation is shown to be 4th order. This contradicts definitions on Wikipedia and my textbook, which state that the order depends solely on the highest derivative, not the highest degree, of the dependent variable. Going by that definition, the third equation should be a first order nonlinear ODE.

I'm a student, though, so please correct me if I'm missing something here.
