I am harmonizing Tim with my Ashtanga, because Tim is enhancing my awareness of things. It was possible to “convince” the left leg not to send me cramps, as it usually enjoys doing. The hero’s pose that I have enviously watched Middle Easterners, Indians and others do, seems (at 82!) less of an impossible dream. Profound thanks!

Today was day 325 days of consecutive at home yoga for me...I started off with a suggestion from a friend to try yoga with Adrienne I still do her videos sometimes but you're my go to when I really need to feel like I've had a good workout..I save her for the soft days now love how you explain things it makes a huge difference...I also love how I can still feel the muscles working...thanks so much esp for the longer videos. My hubby & I are enjoying the changes in me Namaste

I love this sequence Tim!!! Even if it s very hot at the moment here in New Caledonia.
I do it quite often to realine and it works each time .
I like the idea of strength in the shoulders at the beginning that allow you to enter so quick in the practice .
This after noon I m going to do a one hour practice with you again backbends maybe don’t know yet .
Thank you so much for all those free sequences .
I can see that you do all with your heart so it’s absolutely normal that I feel so good after .
I realized that I used to play yoga using too much strength, little by little thanks to you less strength, more réflexion ( meditation), during the asanas, more success and happiness during the sequences .
I’d really like to learn now how to practice alone sometimes without any videos just with my feelings and music, you really inspired me this,
So a big thank you, lots and lots of gratitude from me Tim .
One more time my English s not perfect so, ….try to understand Joking hahahaaha
