We came across this cutting footage we've used in shorter videos and put together this longer demo showing our UMC-1000 at work. Enjoy.

Reminds me of the time, 25 years ago, when we made such cases with 3-axis machines, but already with comparable speed. But we had to program it all manually. There were already contour cycles in the Heidenhain 407, which made the work a lot easier.
The first version of such a case pretty much run in slow motion, because we didn't dare to run it fast, but later a time of 3 hour was reduced to 30 minutes.

How do you do that tool follows part while it rotates C/B axis? Is that option in software or machine?
