We Will Call You Back - Why Do Interviewer or HR Say This After Job Interview?

We will call you back shortly or we will get back to you soon. Why does someone say this to you after you appear for a job interview? Several times job interviewees face this dilemma where they are told we will get back to you or we will contact you if you are shortlisted. Why does this happen, does it mean rejection? or it could be a genuine reason?

Sir today I gave a demo of teaching In the beginning there was a general discussion later on I explained topic very well .And after the demo the teachers who were sitting they told me they will inform me. Later she told me that they will inform me through Hr. I also got to know from the workers that they just send their report to HCL and later on procedure is done. Because Today I was not asked about anything like salary and anything else.

Sir I had successfully cleared technical, hr interview on mid-high level IT company. Salary also negotiated in decent manner. They say you have to join within 7day which I acknowledged. Today is day 6, till they haven't released offer letter. Meanwhile I Took follow-up 2 times, they said once hiring manager approves then we will release offer. I am in dilemma. Can you guide me sir?

I went for walk in interview on 09-12-2023 ITC MNC Company, I gave HR Round and Technical round on same day. Both round was good and they ask me for wait. After 2 hour HR Interviewer told me Rajat I'll intimated you and fir milte hai on positive way and smile on their face.

Sir mera interview hua ak company me toh last vo bole ki Kuch doubts han kya aap ka mane bola ki muje kase pta chalega ki me select hu ki nhi toh vo bole ki hr will call you or phir ak or pucha ques. Ki agar me select hota hu toh me apna first day kase manage karunga toh vo puch btane lage ki yeah long process han interview k badh document verifying hoge toh iss me time lagta han 1 se 2 months matlab process btana laga interviewer toh iss cheez ko me selection hota hua dekh sakti hu ki nhi ❤❤❤❤
