I strongly believe that living close to water is improving mood just because. I really admire you for trying things. Living in house/apartaments/small spaces is not for everyone, but most of the times you need to try it to figure it out, and it's okay to leave things that are no longer suits you and your lifestyle. So excited for new chapter. Welcome home 💙

an idea for the curtains: hang them as high as you can near the ceiling and come to as close to the floor as youd like. it really opens up the space and makes it feel so much bigger and luxurious. I did it in my house and it looks awesome!

Happy that you are happy! You seemed happy in NC as well. I think people get concerned with the moving cause it seems like you move every time something bad happens. New locations or changes feel great at first but reality kicks in eventually. Sometimes we just have to stick it out and work through it. If not, the problem never goes away.. it just keeps following us. Praying your new place gives you and your family peace. 💛

I felt welcomed HOME when I moved back to New Jersey almost 3 years ago! We moved away for 20 years (Florida for 4 then SC for 16) and while I enjoyed living in different areas, they never really felt like “home” except for when my parents visited. I see my parents every weekend now and I could not be happier! ❤❤❤

Your new place is so beautiful, I do miss the house . Praying it all works out for you and you all stay happy. The only thing that the builder should have done to the new place is made the kitchen window bigger and lower so you could enjoy the view better.

I’m really happy to see you back. I personally really liked the NC house especially the garden but I do think this feels more like you. I also think a big house can be very overwhelming especially when you feel lonely at the same time.
