that is great! it seems to me that making the 1st is always hardest, takes years to get done, but then with all you've learned, the next only takes 6 weeks, then you can do 3 a week. i love the progress, and the journey

And wow 5 years, quite a journey.
The flexibility is very good, and you can even move in it freely, with actuators you probably will walk like without a suit, that's awesome.

Although I still think placing separate pump and muscle on every leg is not the best idea, would be interesting to see how that goes.

Came to your channel for the magnetic switch and then found this video. It looks jenky af but I'm diggin it. Have you thought about press forming your aluminum parts with 3d printed parts to save on the bulkiness, weight, machining, welding, and add more range of motion? I know you have a lot of time into this already so perhaps for the MKII? "Stuff Made Here" has a good video on it titled 3D Printed Sheet Metal Forming and it looks like you're already in contact with Hobson so I can only imagine where this going to go. I see fire in the near future. Don't worry... Fire is cool!!! uh huh huh :D

Do not use screw the exoskeleton. Maybe use the electric door lock coil or spring lock into your exoskeleton.

how will you cover the joints moving parts? in the iron man suit the armor in the joints moving parts are unrealistic and impossible
