Explanation:
After casting E close to an enemy, ezreal will end up facing the enemy that the E is targeting. If you don't move the cursor, that means that both ezreal and the cursor are on the exact same coordinates. In that case, the game will assume the direction of the skillshot is where ezreal is looking (which is where the enemy is). That is why this trick only works if you E between its maximum range, cause if you E outside of that range, the cursor and ezreal won't be on the same coordinates). That is the reason this also fails if you E into a place where a minion or another object is, since ezreal won't be on the exact same position as the cursor

That is to use q if some one else can doe by your Q and some one else can die by your E if you kove cursor
