I am going to do this more in my waking non-meditative state as well. I think it will lower my anxiety about being the perfect mother, teacher, and business owner--I can let go of those titles and just be present. Who is "me"? What is "my"? I am just present, in this moment. And as you said in the last newsletter, "I" is not even personal. For me, this is comforting. Really helpful, thank you. 🌱🌳

! Thank you, Sunny . To answer your question, my greatest takeaway was a crisping of perception. With your words, I was able to create an environment in me that was more spacious, more present, more calm. I did a "meditation sandwich":

🍞 did this guided meditation
🥬🧀🥓 practiced alone in silence
🍞 did this meditation again

= 🥪 now I am enjoying my meal - aka feeling more "real".
