Neos is easily one of my favourite ace monsters used by an anime protagonist :)
Kinda reminds me a lot of Piccolo from Dragon Ball - weird given that Neos is voiced by the same guy who plays Goku.

I would take out 1 next and add fusion deployment. Such a good card in Neos now. You can even use it to summon Yubel allowing you the option to go for Wiseman the normal way (if you draw into him)

I genuinely don't get why people think Kluger is good. Burn damage is very mediocre, and its not like you can just Neos Fusion and then immediately crash the Kluger into something to tag out to Wiseman, cause Neos Fusion restricts you, and on top of that, it adds 2 more dead cards to an already bricky deck. Dark Neos is also just bad, why would you want a monster negate that is NOT a quick effect.
