The idea that God chose to become human for the salvation of humanity and had always planned on it is definitely a very powerful one.

Excellent summation of the rationale for theism, Christianity, and, essentially, plan of salvation without delving into any details.

"Why does God allow suffering" is hand in hand with the question of morality. Everyone most contend with these.

'Suffering tested your will to exist and it tested your will to love. It tested your faith and it tested your ability to hope for the former. Suffering is the fire that burns the chaff and the blade that separates the wheat. - My thoughts

It's not just Muslims who question whether Jesus was God. Muslims uphold him as a prophet and respect both him and his mother Mary. There's another related group who believes he's burning in Hell, upside down in flaming excrement for eternity, for the 'blasphemy' of claiming to be the Messiah. But we don't dare name them...but look to Peter Shafer's 'Jesus in the Talmud' Princeton University Press.

The Magi came from the East to honor God. Good WAS with them. They were very likely what we'd call Chinese today. They had/have their own prophecy that led them straight to Jesus as a sign, by signs given through God.

Great topic, even though Dr Craig has answered these numerous times,

atheists / Mslms still keep asking them ad nauseum.

I think that if it's possible for people be saved through Christ without having conscious knowledge of him, then it is entirely possible and even more more probable that infants are saved through baptism.

Some of these questions don't even mention the word "god"

They didn’t ask what the word “day” means and they didn’t ask if God used evolution. Because those are foolish questions

I am in a rare camp I think where I don’t even view “natural evil” as evil. Tsunamis, cancer, earthquakes: things of that sort are only evil from our perspective. We have no clue at all why these things exist and God could have other purposes for creating the universe than just our comfort and pleasure. As such, losing our house to a flood may seem like “natural evil” but in reality could be the best good for us at that time or could serve a more complex purpose later in history. The physical world is neither good nor bad it just is and we can only weigh such things against the backdrop of moral agency, and Gods is too magnificent to be called into question

why does god created universe
why he doesn't just sit alone without creation
that would be better choice

6:25 this is nonsense, we affect the process, God works it altogether.

Is Jesus presented in the Bible as GOD? A better short answer would have been to let Jesus answer that himself. To certain Jews who took offense at Jesus' claim to being "one with the Father" (of course not 'one and the same'...but unified with)...he replied: "Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, 'I am God's Son'?" John 10:³⁶ That was the claim of Jesus. That's who Satan knew him to be when trying to tempt him to worship him rather than God. (Matt.4 ³, ⁹, ¹⁰)
That's what the Sanhedrin found him guilty of claiming (Matt.27 ⁴³) ...and that's what John sets forth as the basis for eternal life. (John 20 ³¹)
Not GOD. Christ, the Son of God .
That's the answer from Peter that satisfied our Lord. Matt.16 ¹⁵-¹⁷

After your interview With Alex O'Connor and your answer about killing babies I am not sure I want to hear your answer to suffering.

Question 8: After decades, is W. L. Craig going to ever be able to demonstrate any requirement for a god? I say "a god" because his god can be proved false so regardless of his efforts, if he could prove a god, it wouldn't be his.

Question 9. After Decades will W. L. Craig ever stop ignoring the fact all his proofs of god have been proved false?

No the reason it allows suffering is because it doesn't exist. Can't believe you try to make up lies. Obviously the people who invented the god realised it couldn't be evil or it would just be another lying snake in the garden lying about providing a heaven so they invented the logically impossible Adam and Eve story as a "get out of jail free" card. But what is the truth? Free will is a farce. A god could make someone perfect (never sin regardless of free will, Jesus/everyone in heaven) or imperfect = would always sin otherwise it would prove god couldn't make someone imperfect. God doesn't work in reality.

The simple and easily observable truth of purpose is what you perceive it to be. What pleases you best in life. Remove god and it has absolutely no effect. The stupidity of the comment was the actual admission purpose exists throughout your life. If you die and there's no heaven, it means nothing, you still had purpose throughout you life. Seriously that was a really stupid attempt at linking your god to purpose and failed miserably.

Yes, well, you've never been able to prove your god as necessary for anything to do with the universe. Your biggest claim to fame is Kalams Cosmological Argument which you have had proved a nonsense i.e. a universe is a quantum event and the quantum universe, it has been proved, doesn't obey the laws of the universe including causality. We know a god can't exist outside space time. We know energy is eternal and can exist outside space time as "nothing" and we know energy can change state without a cause e.g. to mass so a natural universe is clearly possible. As for the nonsense of "fine tuning" a self creating universe would keep self creating until a stable universe is created, no god required. We also know there is no "fine tuning" of planets, the home to life. It takes up to hundreds of millions of year for a planet to be able to support life so, no fine tuning. And I love your mathematics comment given mathematics as we know it was invented by an Indian believer in Shiva the goddess of death, not your god. So do you mean you accept Shiva is a real god? There is nothing you will ever be able to state that proves a natural universe can't occur or that any universe requires a god. But points for imagination. Philosophy? Haven't you realised yet logically a god can't create?

There is no moral value you can claim comes from your god that didn't exist thousands of years before your god. There were civilisations before your god and the definition of a civilisation requires morals. As soon as man decided to live in groups 100, 000+ years ago they had to make rules for the group such as not killing and not stealing in the group and even animals have the same moral code. Swans are monogamous, they don't rape other swans partners. Today's moral code was developed over 100, 000 years + no god required as can be seen across the globe especially where your god isn't believed or even known yet the moral code is the same. Your statement is a very bold lie. As for consciousness there is nothing to suggest it cannot simply be part of the process of evolution i.e. consciousness is just a result of what has developed over billions of years doing what it needs to do in a coordinated manner e.g. all the senses function as they develop without consciousness and the brain evolves to handle them all simultaneously as they evolve which is eventually called consciousness..

Stop, stop, who said Christ died? Books like Matthew, Mark, Luke and John don't actually exist do they? Here's the most obvious thing about the crucifixion: If you believed in god and repented you could get to heaven before and after the crucifixion according to Judaists and Muslims and given it is the god of the Jews, not the Italians, that's something you can't argue. What is most obvious and the biggest farce of Christianity is it was observed absolutely nothing happened during or after the crucifixion, no sins taken on by Jesus and none forgiven. It remained exactly the same, prisons, slaves, wars. You were required to: Believe in Jesus and ask forgiveness exactly as the OT, Torah. It's like offering a free meal and charging $20, a joke.

"Personal relationship with god" = Please help I am deluded. How many people have personal relationships with how many gods? I mean, if it's not your god are they deluded lunatics? Other god miracles? Deluded lunatics? Other god testimonies? Deluded lunatics? The failure of your response is simple, to claim you can have a personal relationship with your god and mean it, you must accept a Hindu having a personal relationship with Shiva, someone else with Krishna. It's a dumb failed argument.

No the bible is not reliable, Genesis is a comedy piece and the most important parts of the New Testament were just made up either out of thin air by Romans or come from barely legible scraps of parchment leaving the majority, again, to be made up by Romans.

W. L. Craig, you are lucky your followers are too deluded to assimilate the truth.
