Really Cool Science Trick using Black Ground Pepper and Water

Today, I am going to show you a really cool experiment with water and ground black pepper. Start, by taking a plate and pour on some water.
Then, take the pepper and sprinkle it all over the water like this.
You will see that the pepper sits on the water and if you dip your finger in it nothing really happens.
Now, take some dish washing soap on the tip of your finger, a tiny amount like this. Now, try to dip your finger in to the water again.
As you can see, the pepper seems to magically shoot away from your finger. Pretty cool, isn't it? And if you use less pepper its going to spread out further.
