My fold 3, 4, 5 hinge failed after less than 1 year. The crease is crazy. Got an honor v2 for my wife. The hardware is great, but software is not yet there with Samsung. But the hardware is too good to make me forget the downside of the software side

I am not buying Samsung phones anymore. I have used Fold phones with disappointment. Even their warranty cover refused with BS explanation. I am waiting for Mix Fold 4 and V3 global ROM.

Honor Magic V3 review needed Let's Go 💯

I absolutely love my v2, but I have concerns about the inner screen. It managed to slip through my thumbs when opening it one day and it snapped back shut. It stayed in my hands the whole time, wasn't dropped etc. When I opened it up again, the screen inside was broken. Lines running down it and black blobs. Sent it off for repair and they refused to fix it under warranty. Luckily it came with one free screen replacement which they made me use as apparently it was my fault. They absolutely would not budge and I had to pay the excess.

I got it back and they'd fitted a new screen (same phone). There's evidence of where they've opened it which isn't great. Fast forward a couple of months and now I have a stuck pixel at the bottom left of the display. So I need to send it in again. I'm hopeful they will cover it this time as I can't see how I can be blamed for this one.

This puts me off sourcing a v3 from China. If I bought through your store I know you'd do your best to help, but I imagine it would still be a pain to get fixed. Hopefully the global version isn't too far behind and lets face it there's always a deal to be had on these Chinese brands. I got the v2 on Three with the free B&O headphones for something in the region of £800 after I cancelled the airtime plan. No doubt they'll be a launch deal if it comes to the UK with a free tablet, headphones, kitchen sink, etc.
