The evidence against the U.S. is overwhelming, according to the Russian military. Moscow raised concerns over the network of secretive U.S.-funded labs in Ukraine last year as well. The U.S. government had then confirmed the existence of the biolabs but insisted they were neither illegal nor intended for a military purpose.

I am not really certain who is causing most of the Western worlds current military/economic disasters, but the US does appear to be the major culprit. Unfortunately, we also have many petty little EU Governments, plus UK/Australia, meekly falling in line and helping to create the various disasters.

The labs were donated by US Department of DEFENSE and built by ukranian subcontractors, and permits for working with pathogens were issued by the Regime Commission of ukranian ministry of health. One in Zakarpartska, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and others.
