The best part about it is that some people see this kinda thing and go "omg they're so lazy!" But then you look throughout the entire history of video games and find out reusing assets (especially in games made from the same company/developers) is about as common as seeing a day and night cycle. Hell, i bet all those people who say that, also have a favorite game that also reuses assets in it.

Short characters who use claymore in Genshin: Us too!!

Basically the Genshin programmers reused Rozaliya's animation when she does a charged attack like other Honkai Impact characters; redesigning the character (and changing the personality) or just the name (for example the case of Mei Raiden and *Ei Raiden* who are almost literally the same, but Mei does have a good development), but no one cares, but still So when Honkai Star Rail programmers reuse some animation or design from Genshin, players react like this:

"STAR RAIL COPIED GENSHIN, THEY CAN'T EVEN INVENT ORIGINAL CHARACTERS, AND THAT MAKES IT A BAD GAME! *insert negative comments about the fact that they gave Ratio, when they've been waiting for a free five-star character*"

There have always been characters that looked too much like others in this company, for example: That Alhaitham looks too much like Kevin and Su (although that is more of a meme).
