I’m married to us citizen and I’m a lawful permanent resident here and I’m trying to apply for naturalization but I try to check eligibility and it says I’m not eligible I don’t know why please explain I click the eligibility link and it ask me when did you marry 2017 November that is when I married and is showing me the only people who are eligible are from September 2017 or before September 2017 pls explain madam

My wife finally got her green card on March 17, 2022. She actually got the 10 year green card because we had been married for more than two years. We applied in September 2019. So she never got a two year green card. Do we only have to wait one year from the issue date of the 10 year green card to apply for citizenship?

Hello! My green card expired July 7 2022. But my 5 years mark will be on Nov. 17, 2022. I broke my 5 years mark before coz I went back to Philippines for medical purpose. And I stayed inPhilippines 4 days short to 1 year. Now can I apply for US citizenship with an expired green card. And can I apply now though my 5 years mark will be in November 2022?
