Nearly every comment hating the black shower curtain, and that is literally my favorite part! I was worried she was going to do grey or white, but it needed that black to tie in all the black accents in the flooring and accessories. Keep that shower curtain Jenna!

Love the makeover!! Changing the sink faucet down the road could be a nice update too! You’ll have to update us on how the flooring holds up! Seems like a great and budget friendly solution!

Yes seal the chalk paint it is water based so water will reactivate the paint and is easily scratchable. Just seal with the clear matte coat that they sell at home depot by the chalk paint works great do 2 or 3 coats of the sealer. I agree should eventually change out the faucet and tp holder. I love the way it turned out . U did amazing .

It looks great! I love the floor. Just a small tip. Always start with full tiles in your doorway! Those little pieces may not be able to take the wear and tear!

Use some clear wax to seal chalk paint. Behr has a clear wax next to their chalk paint. It protects your finish and makes it easy to clean up and will help with water marks. The wax will still give you the matte finish you like. Love the make over!

I would caution you and anyone else not to caulk around your toilet. We had black tile installed several years ago and my husband thought he was doing a good thing by caulking white around it. A few months later the grout around the toilet started changing color, we had a leak that was not detected because the caulking blocked the water from coming to the top of the flooring. He scrubbed it back to the original color, took off the caulk, fixed the leak and dried everything out. I admit it looks neater with caulk but you really need to know when you have a leak in that area.

Just a suggestion you can go to ace hardware or home deopt and get rustolium epoxy appliance spray paint its in a can and and it goes a long way if like ur sink had any yellowing or if iys just old and needs a resfresh ..bathroom looks awesome yiu did great

This transformation is GORGEOUS. I love the colors and tasteful use of black where it doesn't feel dark or overpowering at all!
