Recorded on Mozart's birthday, 27 January 2019, at St John's Smith Square, London, the London Mozart Players perform Mozart's sublime Clarinet Concerto, with virtuoso Michael Collins performing on the Basset clarinet.
This was the last major work that Mozart completed. Nine weeks after writing the clarinet concerto, he was dead. In this swan song, he left a testament to happiness and sadness, to hope and resignation.
