I started Dec 15, 2017. I started watching your channel because all the other video had a half naked person posing.I want to watch a normal people. I’m still struggling to fight my carb craving, especially at night. You are very motivating. I love the videos. Thanks for all you do.

This was such a comforting video. I started keto three months ago and a lot of these rules you mentioned are so stressful! I felt like getting rid of snacks, not eating when I was hungry and intermittent fasting were hanging over my head. It’s good to know I can take this at my own pace and adjust it to my needs! Thanks 💕

Hey you two. I love your stuff. I'm 56 years old, overweight, type II diabetic, and I am about to launch into doing this. I've done a lot of research, and I think I'm ready. I've been doing intermittent fasting for a month or so, and feel much better than I used to, and have lost weight, so I'll be combining the two. These videos help a lot with making me feel comfortable about trying this. Thanks.

*I saw a shift happen in me when I went from "I can't eat that" to "I don't want to eat that" . My appetites changed. I first noticed it about a year ago when I decided to stop drinking soda and sugary juices and drinks (nothing to do with keto). I drank water and started to love it !! I tried to drink soda and juice again and found it to be disgustingly surgery !! I hate those sugary drinks now. I don't not drink those things because I can't, I don't like them anymore. That's the lifestyle shift that happens with all those old foods!!! Great videos !!! Thank you guys so much!!!* *I have gone from 260 lbs to currently 220 lbs on my way to my goal of 185 lbs. I started October 1st of 2017.*

Wow guys, I’ve been creepin on this channel for about 6 months. Your cashew chicken and no bake pb/coconut cookies are my top two faves. I just want to tell you that this video is much needed!! People can be so dogmatic about keto on some pages and it bums me out to see. Thanks for always being true to yourselves and promoting humility along the way. This has really become one of my favourite channels on the topic because I know I can count on you both for new ideas and honesty. All the best!!

Thank you for saying you don't have to be in keto 24/7. This is my biggest pet peeve with people starting keto who are obsessed with staying in it

These videos are SO HELPFUL as I’ve been doing Keto just over a month and have experienced exactly what you’ve described in this video series! One note- I’ve recently noticed that my body is craving roughage and fiber so I’ve had to make some adjustments to the diet and start adding more low carb veggies which is increasing my carbs in the macros. We’ll see how it goes because initially I hated the feeling of being in ketosis during the first two weeks. It made me feel physically lethargic but mentally overstimulated, and the sleep issue was annoying. Things are balancing out now and turning more normal. Thanks for all the helpful content!

Keto aside for a second, when do we get a video on what you've learned as entrepreneurs!? I'd love to see a workflow, the thought that goes into planning your days and editing. Your filming set up and things you've learned that are important when shooting food would all be great content!

It is great to see you two doing introductory videos for Keto which are very much needed on YouTube. IMO I believe transitioning to a Keto diet is likely very different for people out there depending on where they are healthwise when starting out. For instance, I was a pre-diabetic, overweight, 40 something when starting out on my journey. I started just doing IF for several months prior to Keto and later when I finally transitioned to the diet, I found it extremely smooth. I did not experience Keto flu or any negative side affects at that time. Even though I'm now in maintenance mode (having lost @ 70lbs), I am still utilizing IF regularly and although I know you guys aren't big fans of it, I do find it personally to be very beneficial. Maybe it's because of my age or my high insulin resistance, but I just seem to feel way better when I incorporate IF with Keto. Maybe this will change overtime but at the moment it is the only way for me, YMMV. Thanks again for all the great Keto videos!

My boyfriend and I are trying keto after watching this channel. I’m sooo happy I found you guys. We’ve been working our way to eat better by cutting out processed foods. Now that we’re doing keto, you guys have helped us so much. We’re still just starting out. You mentioned keeping up on our electrolytes. Can I drink pedialyte? I usually buy a bottle when we’re sick. How does this affect keto?

Been low carb for nine months, started just a couple days ago upping my fat and lowering my veggies, feel like I have more energy today and a clearer head. It's hard to get over the idea that veggies are crucial as it was pounded into our heads as kids, but most do actually make me yucky feeling before I even finish eating.

Keto beginner question: how does the whole concept with electrolytes work? Should you take a suppliment daily or wait until you are feeling fatigued?

I had a good laugh today. The news came out with all the diets and the keto diet, of course, came in last. They said it was dangerous and nothing good can come from eating copious amounts of meats and saturated fats. Said it was bad for diabetics, heart patients and people with kidney issues.
Kind of funny that diabetics thrive on this way of eating. I myself have held off meds for 14 years after being diagnosed with Type II. Lost over 100lbs and kept it off just by going low carb. I'm getting closer to Keto every day.
I think "they" are running scared. Keto is growing every day and what would the junk, oops, I mean food industry do if people stopped eating the crap they're producing?
We have em running scared, everyone. Hahahaha (evil laugh).
