Hi. I know it can vary depending on terrain and weather etc, but generally what do you set your poles at? I have the BD FLZ poles that range from 125-140. I’m a fair weather camper but I’m still worried even at the poles’ minimum, 125cm is still too high.

Yet another video that shows tensioning of the corners AFTER inserting the trekking poles... this is exactly what Dan Durston says NOT to do!!! I would hope the inventor of the tent knows how to do it right. The corners should be tensioned when the tent is laying flat on the ground, BEFORE placing the trekking pole in.
